AGAINST ALL ODDS.
We were already
doing this together.
Before ODDS, we were friends getting through college together. Somewhere along the way, we also became the people each other worked with.
We knew each other.
And each other’s habits.
At SPCC-CIT’s multimedia group, Jerico Sanchez directed the team, Robert Santiago Jr. was his assistant director, Brix Cura led editing and design, and Jherald Vibar led development. Several of the people you’ll meet below were there with us, too.
We handled projects, worked with clients, and learned each other’s habits. Years of working together gave us a kind of trust that would’ve been difficult to build from scratch.

Something of our own.
When our term ended, we didn’t have a concrete plan for what came next. Then Jerico brought in a few clients, and continuing together started to feel real. We could bring everything we’d been practicing—multimedia, design, and development—into work of our own.
By August 2025, we were calling it ODDS.
Against All ODDS.
Jerico chose the name from “Against All ODDS.” It fit something we already believed: put the effort into the work, especially when it gets difficult. And if we can’t give a project our full attention, we have to be honest about that, too.
There’s room to try things.
We still leave ourselves room to change. Some days ODDS is monochrome. Other days, the pink and purple come back. We’ve spent years learning how to work together; we’re still figuring out all the things we can make with that.
